#SEWAInitiative | On the occasion of International Women’s Day at Margherita Tea Estate, SEWA hosted two awareness sessions. The first session focused on menstrual hygiene, where we distributed sanitary napkins and hygiene kits to 40 adolescent girls. The second session addressed reproductive health and immunization, and also distributed sanitary napkins and hygiene kits to 30 pregnant and lactating women.

In addition to these sessions, SEWA inaugurated a Mushroom Cultivation Unit at Basti Line aimed at providing livelihood opportunities for women while also contributing to nutritional support.
